has anybody seen Dave Courtney's film "hell to pay" it is suppose to be coming out on dvd but when i dont know? if anyone does reply here...

The film stars: Dave Courtney, Goldie, Jo Guest, Nick Bateman, Martin Handcock, Bill Murray, Michael Biggs, Gary Bushell, Nigel Benn and a few more.

i have read a couple of his books and although he was very naughty, you cant help but laugh about the stories he tells and the way he tells them. the this guy knows how to entertain! he is now a tv celebrity and ive watched him on a carboot challenge show on itv not so long back.

a few of the scenes from "lock stock & two smoking barrells" were re-inactments from his autobiography, the sunbed scene for instance!

PS: dave courtney is a retired modern day ganster, who knew everybody!

I saw this film before xmas, on a pre-production copy or something (before they do all the edits and stuff) its ok, not great by any means, more funny by its own crapness than true quality comedy. He acting is terrible as theyre mostly old cons but there are a couple of funny scenes. Check out terry turbo’s (an actor in it) website, its got a couple of clips from the film there.

Whens it out? Well it was made a long, long time ago so maybe itll never come out. I think theyre having trouble finding a backer.

Sorry I don’t have a copy any more but if one comes my way ill pm you.

I never knew who Dave Courtney was - it's the title of a track by Rancid but i just figured he was no-one famous.
