I found this site randomly today. The trailers don't show much yet but there is plenty of potential into this movie. Can't believe I haven't heard anything about this until now.

I voted for Alien and that’s from comparing the two from the films. The Predator hunts for a living so it’s strong. It has all these gadgets and an arsenal of weapons, so it is quite smart too. But an Alien, well it can slice, dice and kill opponents within seconds and that with its tail, nails and teeth. Oh and an Alien runs on 4 legs, so it’d be much faster as well.

A Warrior Alien would easily win against a Predator. A mere human (Arnie Schwarz) managed to kill a Predator using a few bits of string, some sharp sticks and some good old Austrian inventivness (hey, they gave us the cuckoo clock you know!). A human has no chance whatsoever against an Alien. They fuck people up big time. In space, no one can hear you scream...........yelp.....

as a personal fan of the aliens vs predator pc games, on the games, aliens see everyone, each thing has its own glow to it so a predator even when invisible, aliens can see them

Arnie did kill the pred but the pred killed all of Arnie's army mates first.
Plus Arnie is the hero and most Hollywood movies have happy endings. It wouldn't have been too popular if the pred had killed Arnie too. :)
And don't forget what Danny Glover did in Predator 2 ;)

I reckon 1 pred can take on up to 5 Aliens.
Aliens advantage is that they attack in large numbers. Otherwise the skill, technique and weapons of a pred would be superior.

Anyone seen the movie trailers? The movie has the Bishop guy from Aliens in it.

Lance Henriksen, he's in loads of "scary" movies. I reckon they'll just kick each others butt through most of the film, then some bird'll come along in a sigourney weaver stylee and kill them both dead !

But having read a couple of AVP books, Aliens are as dumb as dogs really so Preds rule!

BTW, the Bishop guy is the human Bishop from Alien 3 (not the android) - he's a rich ponce who finances the expedition to check out what lies inside the pyramid. So I doubt he'll be the hero (although logic states he should survive to make it into the other movie.... assuming this one is set in the past, which I reckon it is).

hi guys i just watched alien vs predator man.and i must say that i was pleasantly suprised.i thought that the people at fox entertainment just wouldnt pull it off.But never the less they did.the fight sceens between alien and predator was amazing.has anyone else watched it?

Movie is pretty good. But it got an awful review in the Metro newspaper where the writer seemed to think the Predator was a robot...... WTF!?!?!

I passed a billboard advert thing in the street and it had 2 big buttons on it so you could vote for which would win. I voted Pred but it was quite close. Preds were in the lead ;)

Anyone watch Predator last night?

I have seen the film on DVD (pirate) and what your suggesting is close to the movie script itself. Character development is a little lame but I ain't never seen an Alien take a beating like the one dished out by a Predtator in this movie. Class.

i think there's a damn huge pred with a cool mask , but he died when he fight the alien . i never thought that an alien can win a pred in a 1 on 1 fight . the first pred that died is lame though , didnt put up a fight and just died , just like that
