Important notes about version 3.0:

In version 3.0 we tried to improve game's database and playability.

We do many tests and we played many games only to find better stats values in order to have a great playability

Try this new 3.0 and lets us know what you think about this new database (please play at last 3-4 match....)

Patch contents, version 3.0:

- Real player names (no more japan names..)
- Updated players database with all transfers at February 2004 (with many fixes and updates over v.2.0)
- New teams added (Sampdoria, Stoccarda, Middlesbrough)
- Latvia over Hungary (so you can play full Euro 2004 matchs)
- Fixex kits distant number bug ?1, 8 and 18? (where possible)
- All callnames relinked (no more number 5, number 7.....)
- Many players stats, apparence, foot, boots updated (Chivu, Serginho, Zambrotta...)...fixed
- National teams updated : Italy, England, Nedherlans, France, Portugal and all nationals for Euro 2004 updated (number etc..)
- Master League default team restored (Miranda & C...)
- Real kits with sponsors (callars all fixed)

This patch is for the WE7i DVD ONLY, NOT RIPS.

You can select any language for the game (When the game boots), but in order to have all patch features you have to select ENGLISH, JAPAN or ITALIAN commentary (in the game options menu -> sound options menu).


How to apply the patch:

The patch is in PPF format, you have to apply the PPF on a ISO image with PPF-O-MATIC 3:

1 - Make an ISO image from the original We7i DVD with Ultraiso or DVDDecrypter
2 - Apply PPF We7Int_Redux_v2.0_Eng_Ita_Jap. ppf with PPF-O-MATIC 3
3 - Apply PPF We7Int_Redux_v2.0_to_v3.0RTL.p pf with PPF-O-MATIC 3
4 - Burn with RecodNow (tested) or other burning apps
5 - Enjoy!!

Do not apply Redux 2.0 video addon!!

hi, i was jus wondering, do i have to patch the We7Int_Redux_v2.0_to_v2.3.ppf after the v2.0 then the v3.0 or just skip to the v3.0 after the v2.3. plaese clear things up for me since im sort of new to all this patching.

First I need to say thank you for your great patches, that really make this game to be the best soccer game!! THX!!

I love the changes made in ver. 2.3 for the database, it become more realistic, and a bit more difficult.

And I've got a problem for the ver. 3.0.

I lost by orginal WE7:I Jap, so I use my ver.2.0 disc already with ver.2.0 video patch to make the ISO file, then put the ver.3.0 patch on top. Everything seem ok when I burn the DVD, when I put it into PS2, it start and run as normal, but after it show the KONAMI logo and try to play the intro video, it stuck, just blank screen.

I use this same method to make my ver.2.3 DVD and it works!

So I don't know if there's anything I can do to fix it, or if anyone kindly have a suggestion.

Yesterday i managed to get Redux 3.0 ripped on a CD , starting from my old Redux 2.0 WITH video add on , i didn't use my original DVD and i didn't have to re download Redux 2.0 Once again , it's working perfectly and the patch is great !!

I finally got a copy back of my orginal WE7IJAP. So everything is working great after I put the Redux 2.0 then Redux 3.0 on. It's SOOOOOO GREAT!
I would recommend every single one to try this patch!

Hi ppl! I have the redux 2.0 and I tried install the redux3.0 on it and didn't work out. Ok, so far we all agree. But how possible can be, if I have the original WE7I without any patch on it and I tried to apply the redux patches and didn't work?? One thing I had strange...my original WE7I only have 2languages...and it isn't a rip on (English, Spanish)! All this is very odd and I don't understand it! Someone can tell me where can I find a original WE7I,that it isn't the one I have? Tkz very much :confused:

apply the redux v2.0 first to the iso. then apply the redux v3.0 RTL and burn. its very suimple when you messed up a couple of times like me. but it will be easy. and for your game problem, well if your game ain't the Japanese version then it wont work. this patch is designed for the jap one. i think your is english. right?

It´s the american version.. only the japanese version?? great shit...how I will get it?? Damn...I buy the WE7Int redux 2.0 with a video. if I had the normal version of the redux 2.0 without the video I could apply the redux 3.0. I have all the patches, also the final version of the RTL, but without a clean image I can't do anything. Do you know the name of a valid image of the game, to try transfer by FTP? Thanks giangtr

Hi All!

"Original > Redux 2.0 > Redux 3.0 > Redux V3.0 Final" is the right way to make it work.

Other than some new menu backgrounds, new music & higher resolution for the intro video, I didn't notice anything different between the 3.0 & 3.0 Final.

And ONE MOST IMPORTANT THING is :-(
You cannot use your 3.0 option file and even any save games from 3.0!!!
So, that mean we need to start everything from the begining all over again!!!

But I still use the 3.0 final cause I just want to show my support to the REDUX series patches.

If anyone find out some more updates about the 3.0 Final. Please post it out and let all the WE7IJAP REDUX fans know!!
