Hi, I was just wondering, is it worth getting a x - port?

Yes, very much so.
1. Never delete your PES goals again - save them to your PC hard disk.
2. Download loads of different option files with different clubs and player stats settings. Choose the one you like best. Saves you weeks of editing.
3. Email or upload your X-Port PES replays and someone else (like stevieboy) can make videos out of them for you (using his PC-TV card).
4. Backup any PS2 game memory card files onto your PC in case you get some error which wipes all your saves from your mem card.
All for under £17. Never buy another memory card again.

Go for it!

I'm not sure if this is the weirdest or the funniest thing I've read in a few days.

Is there a way to view the replay in PC after you transfer it? Is there a way to convert the replay to mpg format or something?
Sfo i am wondering the same point, and anyone who may know an answer to this, (looking in Zyg's dirrection) one would be VERY MUCH appreciated, as i have much editing software, just not enought Avi's WMV's or Mpgs to do it!
Timsmith, i have just ordered a X-Port (now called a Max Drive) off Play.comfor ten english pounds. I will let you know exactly what i think, but peoples comments on here where enough to convince me to spend my hard earnt cash on one!

The Max-Drive, though similar in concept, is different to X-Port. It's portable and plugs into the USB port of the PC, transfer, then put it in your PS2, transfer to memory card using disc and your sorted. Just remember to put the switch to unlocked - save a lot of frustration (I know from experience).
My max drive should be arriving today! :D..i ordered it instead of an xport because it was cheaper(lol) and there is a new save converter out

Play.com has stopped selling it. If you still want an X-Port though, you could buy it from here (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000AOD4O/qid=1098799527/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/026-2989676-9402033).
Though owning one myself, I recommend a Max-Drve as it is so convinient and easy to use. Search the forums for more information on it.

Use this link (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000AOD4O/pes2com-21/202-6327408-1103814) and pesinsight receives something out of it too. :)

Oh when I see the picture it's seems a Max Drive is like an USB stick?
I really can't make a discision. Are there more files for an Xport or for an Max Drive?
Here in Belgium I can buy an Xploder. Which one of the three is the best AND easy to use because I'm not very smart in Hardware and that kind sort of things. Same with my English :-) :-) :-)

xploder is good if your gettin the v5 version, the same with action max replay evo version, codebreaker (v8+) and gmaeshark they allow you to use (most) memory sticks. max drive is pretty similar to this, and is better than xport because you dont have to move your ps2 next to your pc whenever you want to move your memory card data
max drive all the way, follow zygs link :D
