I agree the mods/admins do seem a little heavy handed so I'm carefull what I say on here. I know Duberry wasn't happy about the way he was banned. There seems to be an increasing theme of members getting banned and then coming back to justify themselves & not being listened to. Maybe a warning system should be set up?

Check out forum rules thread. There is a warning system, and whenever a member is banned it is almost always after he received a PM from an admin or a mod. Nevertheless, members who post crappy, non-contributive, offensive, spammish, txt-spk messages, should just know better.
Oh, and also in the forum rules - you cannot re-register on a different username and try to advocate for yourself. See your ban through, accept your punishment, just or unjust, like a man, and after serving your time you can politely and reasonably try to convine the staff that you were unjustly banned. Re-registering and trying to defend yourself is like someone who was convicted, escapes from jail in order to prove his innocence. As a ban from this forum is not equal to jail time, I don't see any reason why people can't wait until their ban is over.

The facts are that pretty much all he ever did here was post pictures of women. A trace amount of posts relating to pes does not justify that. He is better suited to porn sites so tell him to enjoy himself somewhere where he'll be appreciated more. And perhaps he'll soon become a god of the porn world (if he isn't already). And if pesfan is so great, why was he banned from there too? Truth is he'd get away with far more here than over there.

Cracky & Duberry got permanent bans without warning & only re-registered after they knew this to find out why/apologise/jusify themselves.
