Handicap is when one of the teams gets a "goal head start", so say if Costa Rica get a "goal head start" against Brazil it means that if you bet on Brazil then they need to win by at least a two goal margin. because in the bet Costa Rica already have a goal.

If someone could explain it a bit better than I have I would be grateful

I've seen this type of thing in betting before, I don't know if it would be possible to implement it into PESInsight betting
