***IMPORTANT: afsexplorer 3.1 seems not to work quite well on we8 (of course). But if you ignore the error message, you can use it at least on these bootpacks...

this is how i did it:

-i extracted the we8 retail dvd with isobuster in a folder

-opened the data_j.afs with afsexplorer 3.1 (ignored the error message)

-patched the spikes_ee_tex.bin and spikes_gs_tex.bin

-and then burned the whole contents with nero 6.3.xxx (dvd mode:
UDF/ISO, no multisession)

it worked (both Chuteiras and G13 we8 bootpatch, from lomongtung)..

IMPORTANT !!!
PS (1): DONT CREATE A NEW OVER.AFS WITH "new file size" in afsexplorer because when starting up, screen will hang black !

PS (2): i know it are only shoes, but at least it's my first graphics patch for we8 and that feels good.

Could someone please post more detailed information on:

"-patched the spikes_ee_tex.bin and spikes_gs_tex.bin"

I've managed to get that far so far, but have never done a ball/boot/kit import, if anyone could post just a crappy guide or a link to a decent one so that I could do it I really would appreciate it.
