Anyone got any suggestions on what a team badge should look like? What should be included in it, what colours shouls it be.
Also what colour should the strips be? Unfortunately we don't have anyone with patching ability in our team to my knowledge. Maybe jMZ or Gadge etc. could make it for us wen the design has been approved.
I'll make it for you no bother, just give me a small idea of what you are looking for, the colours, and I'll crack it off straight away.
Well I'll wait and see what we get from other team members, we should have an idea of what we're looking for soon. Hint...hint team members start to get active in this team.

I was thinking that maybe a nice light blue color would be cool for a home kit. Light blue shirt, with a black or dark dark blue horizontal line. With light blue shorts.
Then for away, a red jersey...?

About the badge, we should have 3 stars. I think that that would be kinda cool. I think black and blue colors. For evil (black) and blue for um...blue is cool.

Of course! I did dGalacticos Badge but the strips are where I excel, ours are already done so I am not needed there.

I just ripped off the Ajax kit for a demo. I do know the Boca strip I have one. I thought you meant the line going down the strip! You mean across it though. I'll do it again....
The stuff on the top to bottom right are, socks, captains band, shirt sleeves and collar.
I like the idea of the light blue. I think that the second uniform should be yellow and blue or blue and grey.

I like the idea of Red strips with a Black line running down the sides of the strips which runs the length of the strips, Shorts and Socks. Nike as sponsor?

I haven't had many ideas yet, the more specific you are with details of what you want, the more I can cater it to your needs. Just discuss between yourselves what you want and let me know... I'm not gonna waste my time if you ask for something, I make it and you tell me you don't like it.
That kit earlier was a request if you read back through the thread. And I did say it was just a demo.
This is what I need to know..
Colours for, socks, shorts, shirt.
Pattern for each of above.
Collar, or no collar.
Do you want to rip a certain team (like ours is River Plate)
Do you want Nike, Adidas, Kappa, Diadora whatever?
Give me as much detail as you want or I'll just have to wing it and it'll never be right!

50! I like your idea but perhaps switching the red and black because d.galacticos' top is predominantly black.
I'd prefer Adidas top too, they just look better, the retro kind would be really cool. I'll put up a very cheap example of what I'm thinking in a while.

It's a link to the Scotland shop, and you'll be redirected after about 5 seconds so you'll need to look at it quickly. To my recollection, it's similar to the Roma collar.

I like the idea though.
Why not take the list of players and PM them telling them that if they don't start posting they might be knocked off the team. Seems harsh and kinda oppisite direction you are working in, but it would be the best way to get some good members. :)
To be honest, I can't even be bothered to search through all those pages to find out who's playing for us still. That was the idea of the rally call in the other thread, but that sure was a waste of time. The only person who has been sort of contributing lately is 50! I believe. Nikokopolous was for a while but . . .
I've been PM ing quite a ew people lately and think I've persuaded 2 or 3 people to join, just awaiting their stats.

Why not go back to that thread and start posting there, ask another Admin to close the Second Dream Team sign up so people stop posting there, that way you can search. Seems like a lot, but on a page there was a list of players, if I am not mistaken. I'll look if you don't want to.

from what i have read.. i think that the pic that JMZ knocked out for kit was top class.. i think that the socks should should be the same blue.. and the away fit.. they same style.. but white... and the same dark blue where it is...
as for the badge... you should have insight written in the same format as it is in the header.. and united too... with the finale ball sitting above them.. all sitting behind the trophy that we will be playing for.. or if that wont work.. the EPL trophy
Right, we've got a few different opinions here, we'll see what else we get in the next few days.
The badge, that sounds good, I'll do it on PS tomorrow as a test to see how it looks.

That sounds like a lot. Why not do something simple? Like our name, then our team colors, then a star or two with a cool shield...?

True, well aren't there quite a few shields? I was thinking maybe a nice Dark Blue back ground color, with a light blue or even a white/grey color shield. Then in the shield it would say "I. United" then below the shield we could have a saying. I'd like to see something like viens or something falling off the sides of the shield. I know what I want it too look like, but it is hard to explain.

Well, we've got a few designs for each. I'll give it until tomorrow then I'll open up a poll for the badge and a poll for the kits.
I'd hope to see some other team members giving their opinions but I'm not going to wait forever.
In the other thread i voted option B. I like the idea but some modifications are required.... I.United sounds higly stupid and the full name should be written or no name at all. Dont think aquote would be a good idea. But a symbol would be cool like Rangers have a Dragon, Arsenal have a cannon gun, Chelsea have a lion e.t.c i think we should have something like that. But the shield idea is good.
