I want to join a dream team, but am not sure what it is about and what it consists of. I would be grateful if someone could give me some information about it ;)

to join a dream team you have to give your PES3/WE7 stats and appearances, 1800 points max you'll get to play some virtual games with other dream teams and get into the inter-forums leagues as i heard, anyways i think the A-team and the DGalactico's are full now you can check the 2nd dream team sign up

Basically, all the teams compete on PES3 in a computer simulated game.
