How do you transfer PC to Mobile Phone?

Ok lads here's the drill....
I downloaded bags of stuff for my mobile phone 100's poly Ringtoness/100's games/100's wallpapers and have them stored on my PC.But does anybody know a way of getting them onto the phone, I know there must be otherwise the site I found them on wounldn't be worth a slap,and reading his guest book tells me he's had a lot of happy campers. :(

yea well they are a few ways

usb data cables- buy 1 from any mobile shop depending on wat your fone is- basically transfers stuff onto ur fone for free.

Wap-basicallay send stuff onto your fone and retrieve it off your phone by using wap service only cost you how long you onto wap.

well with my old fone i had a SET UP CD which you install onto your computer and from there is self explainatory, tells you how to send it to your fone. its dosent matter where the files are stored really

Ok, Went there and didn't find what I wanted.I really don't want to have to shell out on some gear to make it happen if it can be helped.So after saying that, does anyone know where you can send messages/attachments free online to your mobile phone.

P.S. The site is www.theunlocker.co.uk and if you get the downloads that I have you'll be in the same boat as me and will also want to find out ASAP.

I have the Motorola V525 and, just recently I have been doing the same thing (downloading games, wallpaper, screensavers, ringtones and also extras like "compass'")

Firstly, you will NEED to download the "Java APP" for your phone, this will tell your phone that a file is being transfered and it will install the game for you( Although, my Uncle, Has a Nokia 6600, I think it is, and he didn't have to download the "Java APP" for his phone!!)

I'm very sorry but I dont know where I downloaded the "Java APP" from, sorry


Secondly, do you have the ".jar" and ".jad" files on the Java Games?

If yes, JUST send the ".jar" file to your phone via the "USB Cable" or "the Bluetooth" (I have both but the Cable lets me download the games, unlike the bluetooth!!)
Then you will get a message on your phone saying that There is a file that is being transfered, do you accept? Press YES, then it will start to download, then you are ready to Play!!

Yeh, It's a USB cable, which I mentioned in my post earlyer!!!!

the free way would be to vreate your own wap page from somewhere which gives free hosting. ithink tagtag.com. then you could upload the stuff there, go on wap on your phone and download it.
