View Full Version : The Flying Tank on GTA: Vice City!!! (With Pictures)

Hi

I started a thread the other day about flying the tank on GTA3, well i found some cheats for Vice City today and was able to fly the tank higher than the tallest building in Downtown on GTA: VC. If you don't beleive me here are the pictures i took using my digital camera. I couldn't land on some of the buildings, like the very tal one with the light coming out of it, but I could land on other buildings next to it. The tank on VC was alot easier to fly than on GTA3.

Yeah but i think flying a tank at about 2000/3000 feet is much more fun!

i did this a while ago... aint played vice city for months now tho.. when i did i managed to fly into the stadium.... only to end up in the tunnel cos the stadium isnt really there inside, if u know what i mean

Hitman is that for GTA3? It sounds like it, when i landed in the stadium on GTA3 i was under the pitch but you could climb on top of the tank (as a part of it was sticking out of the grass) and you could look around. It wasn't that good though.

Have you flew the tank on VC yet? If you haven't you can get up to 2 or 3 times higher than that massive building in Downtown. Its easier to handle aswell, doesn't spin out of control like the tank on GTA3.

I've tried to fly the tank but I've only been able to keep it in the air for about 7 secs!

how do you guys do the R3 ambulance missions? its the hardest emergency mission by far. i need help on completing it please.

It does take a bit of time and practice, but the VC tank is alot eaiser to handle in the air than the GTA3 tank.

the gt3 tank is sluggish and i always get busted in them somehow.

tell me bout it - i was driving near the lake in shoreside vale: i died becuase i lost control and fell into the water. i went to the hospital and when i went back, the tank was still there. floating in the water.

It is extremley tough! I haven't managed to do it yet, I guess you just need to take it extremley easy and not accelerate too hard. What level have you got up to jag?

i got up to level 8 and fell into the water. i have completed vice city 98% and thats all i need to do.

Ive managed to get up to level 11, but no further, ive only completed 65% of VC.
