I think Shearer would be a very bad move as he is far too inexperienced. Gordon Strachan is quite keen on the Scotland Job however if Newcastle offered him it i think he would take it. And for any other manager they will have to fork out a bit of Cash for a Premiership Quality one.

If none of the above happen theres always Dick Advocaat....

don't know is it true, but thats what they sad!
