I personally feel the forum could do with a major clean up. A number of threads need deleted from every section, others merged and even a ton of individual posts deleted as it clutters the place up and makes it look untidy. Especially posts from those who have been banned perm.

A number of new mods could possibly do the job to assist with time as with a lot of effort there could be a ton of improvements.

Perhaps some forums could also be put together and the addition of an arcade would also be nice.

I think that people shouldnt be able to make threads until they have a certain amount of posts, new people join all the time and whilst the majority are decent people, there are a few idiots who make stupid threads, eg PESGalacticos threads earlier today, and a lot make new threads on things that can be found rather easily if they just looked

A few weeks back, Hitman made a thread as to why PESGaming got boring, lots of reasons were pointed out and I think we are too similar to most of the PES related forums.

PESManiacs have the FL, Evo-Web has a very active editing section and PESFan have well, lots of members.


To make the site more active, we could let more members in the FL.(like at PESManiacs, members get to join a team) We already have three divisions, we could add in another league and see how it turns out. I think the site will also become more PES-related again, like it was in the past.(so I've heard) There are lots of members at PESFan that post a lot in PES sections. There have been lots of ML stories over there recently and if we could attract some of these members here, there obviously would be more PES talk in the forums. I think the FL would attract more members. We'd let them in the FL only if they post well, make good/comments suggestions in the match area, etc. This would actually liven up the place a little more. It is just an idea, your thoughts on this?

It's scraping the barrell completely with a Division 4 and would be a huge lack of quality compared to the other divisions. No way would it work. I don't think decent members would sign up to the site solely to create an FL team either.

I do agree the site needs something to distance itself from the other PES-related sites and attract new members though, but the FL wouldn't be it.

Allow threads in the "Site Suggestions and Service Forum" to appear only after they have been approved by an admin. Thus there would be less spam and newbies won't be able to create pes editing threads there.:)

Something unique would obviously be good but if we had an influx of new active members that would be good. At PESFan and Evo-Web, there are lots of active members that have joined this year. We can try find a way to attract these/other new members here. The site will be more active. I'm sure lots of PESFan members would rather post in our off-topic section rather than their Red Lion.

I personally think getting rid of the spam section is a bad idea. Its a good laugh in here and is one of my favourite rhings about the site. I can't be arsed about talking about pes in general anymore and apart from the football section there's not much that appeals to me.
