wr50l is the manager and it is a team vote on who the captain should be...

Only Insight United Players can vote and person with the top votes gets captaincy and 2nd top votes gets vice-captaincy...

The captain and Vice Captain must be agreed with wr50l to be official, his word is final...

If you want someone who is not in the poll say their name... (I just put the more experienced players in the poll)

Criteria for captain...

*must be a regular attender of the forum (i.e. must have fairly decent post count -that is not encouraging spamming)

*Must have had a decent input into the team..

excellent.. we have a poll.. people this is not a popularity vote.. it is a who would do the better job vote.. please remember that and do not throw away your vote...

I voted for other because i feel i could do a great job at captain,I know my post count aint much but I'm still a cool member :D lol

I dont see why not, I'm not bothered that much from a personal reason, but aren't the captain's the players with the best mentality, as far as I know it has an eeffect on the game, and I would have thought that a poll about it would include those with the highest mentality.

Also, why has Young GE been put on the poll? The only time he's posted about us is in his stats post.


Oh and can I point out again, that it's an Insight players only poll.

I thought Young GE was one of the longest members but your right he dosent post anymore. If you want to be capain well then its not really my decision i just thought it would be better to equal out all the jobs but your the boss

I'm not going to make it a dictatorship, I just think that I should be on the poll because

a) I'm one of the longer serving members.
b) I'm one of the people who got the team alive again
c) I have a high mentality stat and play in a great position for captains to play.

If I'm on the poll and people don't choose me, then that's fine.

50! can you see who has voted for who?? like can u see who has been voted for by people that are not part of Insight United.. you would think it was pretty self obvious that if you're not part of the team you would not vote.. wouldn't you?
