question about master league.

you know when you select your team at the start of the master league? does the teams stats (eg speed, offence, defence, technique and power) make any difference? if i were to choose man united, would the game be any easier than if i chose aston villa?

I believe that the stats are based on the players in your squad (or is it the 1st team?) and you can see that if you play as your team against the original club team (ML Vs Club mode) the bars are different.

So I don't think it makes a difference which team you pick, except maybe for which players you can buy easier as they are free.
And the kit considerations - which is down to preference.

There are some teams I don't enjoy playing as.
And you could control a team that shouldn't be in the game maybe which makes it more your own?

(For some reason, the team I pick in ML does well IRL - eg Leverkusen and West Ham - when I changed from them, they went downhill! Weird!)
