He hasn't signed yet although it looks likely. As it is an exchange between Etherington and Kanoute the transfer is still dependant on Kanoute agreeing personal terms and both players passing medicals.

Well, Kanoutè has officially signed for Tottenham
Or at least this is what Planet Football says.
However, i find his stats on PES 2 quite low...

Yep, he got injured within an hour of his first training session!
