How can we make transfers more effective???

Hey Fellow gamers,

I''m not a great player, so I really need ansd want to be able to buy players I like.
But most of my transfers are not carried out. Even if I pay them a lot of money. What can I do to make my tranfers more succesfull
??

I''m currently playing the ML in the 1st division on level hard.
I''m ranked 4th now. witkh 25 games to go this season.
I have about 8000 points available.

You'll find it alot easier to buy the players you want in the off-season, but keep trying during the season aswell.

It's sometimes just luck, for example Rijkaard and Koeman didn't want to come to me but when I gave Koeman 2 more sesons and less money he came!?!?!?!?!?! Wierd, eh?

I ''ve tried may things, but not much helps. for instance it hardly ever occurs that the CPU wants to buy a player of mine. Like babbangida or so. Also it seems like some players are constantly available to lend and some never.
how do u guys place a transfer differently?
