Greatest Goal !

Mine is a free kick with Roberto Carlos 40 out and curling it with the outside foot. Just like the real thing.

i very nearly scored my greatest goal the other day.... and i guess in a way it still was....... the ball came out to paul scholes from a corner, he was about 25 yards out, and he took it on his chest and then volley it towards goal.... but it hit the bar, but luckily it went in off the keepers back! if it had gone straight in it would of been the greatest......

but my greatest goal is infact a laurent robert volley. i was newcastle and solano sent the ball into the box but it cleared everyone, then robert came running in at the back post and smashed it into the top corner on the volley. it looked amazing!

But it is one of my best
i saved a penalty with barthez and scholes picked it up in the area and played an amazing ball onto the chest of beckham who broght it down and fired it across the park to giggs with that he dummied past desaially ,then played a low fast ball to the front post with in that v.nistlerooy nipped in and flicked it over the diving keep -i timed this and it took exactly 6.5 seconds from keeper to the goal!

My greatest goal was when Hierro tackeled a guy then chipped the ball to Figo on the right.Figo Feinted two defenders and cut in then layed the ball for Raul who unleased a drive from 24 yards out to beat the keeper.:D

my greatest goal was from before the halfway line around 56-57 yards, it was a freekick and it went all the way into the net from that distance and the shock about it was that it was scored by rio ferdinand with england

I scored like that with Song of Cameroon, on the half way, it was ment to be a lob into the 18 yard but ended up going over the keeper and in.

The Damd Ref Chopped My Greatest Goal Off......

It was World Cup semi final against ITALY, I was the French... as I have recently made the step up to ***** 5 star I was having a cracking game 0-0 all the way in the first half Loss Time on the clock. A counter attack saw Wiltord pass the ball forward to ZIDANE on the left corner of the 18 box beating his man, and being hurridly closed down from NESTA, he turns and Lays It off to DJORKAEFF, who unleashed a 25 yard Stunner flying past BUFFON who had previously scuppered many attempt on goal, PEEP PEEP PEEEEEEEEEP the ref blew his F*****G Whistle and I blew my top. ended up getting put out on pens..... DAMM IT>

I have a soft spot for using Ronaldo as a lone striker and I pretty soon discovered his ability to chest a long ball and turn in one movement. This progressed into attempting to volley from the turn and eventually,and I mean months, I collected the ball on Ronaldos chest, turned and struck the sweetest volley in off the underside of the bar from 35 yards.I still try but nothing matches that for me

I scored a goal similar to that with Ronaldo. It was a long ball forward by Nelson Vivas from approx the halfway line, Ronaldo chested it down in the box, turned and hit it on the volley into the bottom corner. I saved it even though it wasnt spectacular - i hadn't ever scored a goal like it before.

One of my favourite goals is with Real Betis (editted team) - Assuncao took a corner on the left-hand side. put a ball into the box, Denilson met it from about 16 yards on the left-foot volley and it went straight across the keeper and into the bottom right-hand corner

I nearly scored a 35yard freekick with Rui Costa a few days ago - came off the bar i couldn't believe it! I always like scoring freekicks but that would have been the most spectacular.

Also emile heskey (!) scored a first-time shot right into the roof of the net from about 14 yards out. corner came in from gerrard, berger met it on the bonce - keeper pushed it out to the right-side of the 18 yard box, heskey was running to get the ball, hit it straight away and it went into the opposite corner, off the bar into the roof of the net.

There are also those great team goals where every player is involved, lots of cross field passing, opposition players embarrased by silky passing and dribbling, great runs off the ball and a killer through ball for a simple tap in. Can't save it to memory as it looks less than ordinary but what a thrill.

The greatest goal I've seen scored on this game happened when I was playing my Bro. He was Germany I was Holland, He got a corner kick, can't remember who took it but I wasn't expecting much since he only played the game a couple of times. He turned the guy a little toward the net. The ball took a high arc then my goalie, distracted from the mass confusion in front of the net, went up to catch it or punch it out but misjudged it and the ball curved into the net UNTOUCHED!!! It was jaw droping to see it. I never thought it would be possible to score directly from a corner kick. Needless to say I went on to win the game 4-1.

I had a selection of some crackers, you know, the long-range sort of strikes and such, saved on the Memory Card.

It's more satisfying for me now to score good finishes, where the team is involved.

The best goal I have saved on my Memory Card at the moment is one of the quickest pieces of silky play I've ever managed - or even attempted.

Sergio (of Deportivo IRL) puts a cross from deep in to the back post area, where Michael Owen's lurking. The defender gets caught out, and Owen controls the ball on his chest. It was a sort of bounce-up off the chest, because the defender came steaming towards Owen, who somehow (I take no credit for this part) stepped out of the way, so in effect he chested the ball over the incoming defender.

The keeper raced out towards him, and Owen - who was very near the goal-line (around the 6-yard box) does a little shot feint taking it beautifully past the keeper. He slides for the ball and crosses it low (double tap O) - the angle was too tight to shoot - and the on-coming Pablo Aimar just taps it into an empty net.

Still, when I look at it again, the amount of times when I would normally panic bemuses me. After chesting it over the player, I'd normally just try and crack a shot in. After taking the keeper out, I'd normally attempt to slip it in from a tight angle.

Very satisfying indeed. :D

i was ac milan against man u. I took a shot that deflected off of Blanc I think. The ball rolled to the left hand side in a straight line. Inzaghi chased so did Barthez. I pressed cirle to put in a cross but it went over Barthez who did a jump dive thing and the ball crossed the line from about 16 yards away from the net. I looked at the replay it was a really tight angle.

i was starting my new master league, that was what made this goal so great as the players i scored this goal with weren't very good, i was on extreme mode and was playing against newcastle.Shearer headed from the corner my keeper saved brilliantly, he threw it to valery and from my area he banged it straight down field, castello ran on to the ball and half volleyed it from about 40 yards out, the power was unbelievable, the ball curled swiveled dipped, everything you can think of, it hit the bar bounced hit the post and went in, once again i couldnt believe the power as it was only 'CASTELLO', i wish i had a x-port so i could show you all

my best goal was a first time 35 yard strike from roberto carlos after rivaldo lost possession and the ball ran into his path, it hit the underside of the bar which made it even sweeter!!

My most relaistic goal was probably one i scored with spain against sweden...mendieta lobbed a ball into the box, morientes was miles offside but walkin back, about 5 sweden players put their arm up for offside but Raul lashed the ball into bottom corner on the volley. I was quite impressed by the way that Morientes was deemed not to be active as he was running back and it was hilarious seeing all these tossers in yellow shirts appealing for offside while raul buried it!:D
Thats got to be offside surely? BANG!

my best goal a part from my free kicks was with a team i created for a for fun cause i'm always man utd and i wanted to by random players but what happened was my right back uilles switched the ball to the left to bohme who switched the ball back to the right were morales headered it to thew center were c.ryan me who i created volleyed from about 25 yards and bohme is amazing at free kicks

My best goal was playing against my mate Sam, after going two nil up early in the game he put a player clean through on goal, I brought mny keeper out tackle him and picked up the ball. I proceeded to take the keeper the full length of the pitch through numerous tackles and let fly from the edge of the box into the top corner.

Shame on you Sam, shame on you.

From what i read you guys are amazing player... and do amazing goals and defenses... but the best goal that i ever scored was playing with Real Madrid and the ball was assisted by Deco(Edited Palyer) from a corner to Thierry Henry that shot a volley right in to the net of Kahn not giving him a chance to defend the ball

HeHe...I got a similar goal to Zygalski's.

I had just came off here or one of the many PES2 sites and me and my m8 had a club game. I was Real Madrid and he was Bayern Munchen (its a daily routine for us).

I had a throw in down past his 18 yard box and after reading about the long throw trick I swiftley changed to Carlos. He threw it straight to the front post...the keeper stood there and Morientes like nudged it in with his knee LOL!

But after that....my m8 just uses triangle to bring his keeper to attention :( Oh well!

Maybe, you could try an X header either at goal or to another free striker to take advantage of the keeper's positioning.

mine was a sciccor kick from outside the area. totti crossed someone cushond the header and there was zambrotta bang top corner my mate was like god damn. i have sent it to showusmiricle.com but they hav'nt put it up hope they do cause i have seen worse goals on the site.

My greatest goal..................


....Edilson picked up the ball and sent a long ball forward, the defender went to head it but missed ronaldo ran on to it, the ball was bouncing and the keeper was off his line just(i couldnt see that). Ronaldo hit it on the half volley from about 30 to 35 yds out and it flew towards the centre of the goal just lobbing to keeper by inches and crashing in off the bar, i was amazed in my own ability and i am a good player on pes2!!
