This sounds like a great idea! I could work well, but I need sometime to think about the rules.. :)

The rules are from another forum, so we can manipulate them to fit our style. :)
Incorperate the points system. I don't know. Whatever people want.
Example of a match:

Then the two players will, when they get a goal (enough votes), act out how the goal happened... Like this:

I could get into this. I've started to be pretty active 'round here, so I wouldn't mind joining this "league" or whatever tournaments we will play. Maybe we could play some training matches with people who are intrested. The more I think about this, the more sense it makes. :) All I know this thread is going to be sticky. Do we also make-up our own team names and stuff?

You pick a team name, your manager name, and sponsor. I saw a guy who had his own jersey's. There's a lot you can do. If people get into, you could have stadiums and the ability to upgrade to a better one. In all honesty it could go very far, as far as a B-team or youth squad. You know? Crazy stuff. :D
Now you're talking. This is like a manager game inside a forum. I can see this making my relations to my friends and girls worse in the future.... :p

I'm not sure how we are going to pick the teams. Each league has many many player that are very good, so picking players will be quite a task. EPL, La Liga, Calcio 1, Serie A, and the other top leagues will probably be the leagues to pick from. We could also do national teams. Brasil, Argentina, and so on. What do you think?

It may have to be limited to the very best in each league. You can't have entire squads posted for folk to choose from.

Well I was thinking, you will face many different types of teams, attacking, defending teams, so you willneed different players. Maybe a squad of 15 would be more appropriate. What do you think?
That way you don't have to buy new players when you sell.

Well there are times that both can be on.
The site is really busy at this time and for another 3 hours. And in the states (Arizona) it is about 2:00pm. What time is it in the Uk?
Either way, I don't see it being a huge problem, as there isn't a big base of americans here. :)

The times will be like so:

I think world class should be limited to 3 though. Then after that each would cost 45m. Or some out there amount. So teams aren't really stacked with them. You know?

You know?Cool, we may need to add GKs to the Great and Excellent catagories then. Plus we will need to discuss who is world class... and I doubt that will be easy. :D I'll start making my list.
so should we all just list 200 players then post them, then decide who we should use

We'll need to sift through the players list, see who isn't needed and drop em. Then we select players from the list on a 1st come 1st served basis. Create a fixture list with dates and times of games.

Well on the other forum they were thinking of forcing you to rest a player for one match if they play for 10 games consecutivley. That way it would be more interesting.
I think 15 players would be nice just to have some variety.
Just a silly little thing.

then i edit it by Microsoft Image Composer 1.5
i removed the logos from the uniform

In this way everyone gets pretty equal players.
After these five free transfers are complete, we can start bying players.

I have an idea regarding team selection, here it is.
Everyone submits their preferred team, all 15, to Highway (or me I don't mind) In the likely event of members having the same players in their team then whoever is highest in the list gets first choice and the other 12 have to pick a replacement.
E.g. Highway, Colt and Mussav all have Buffon, Nesta and Adriano. Highway would pick which one he wants then I would pick mine Mussav would be left with the 3rd option. In the event of 3 members having 4 or more exact choices the order would go
High 1st exact player
Mid 2nd exact player
Low 3rd exact player
Low 4th
Mid 5th
High 6th

I have an idea regarding team selection, here it is.
Everyone submits their preferred team, all 15 players, In the likely event of members having the same players in their team then whoever is highest in the list gets first choice and the other 12 have to pick a replacement.
E.g. Highway, Colt and Mussav all have Buffon, Nesta and Adriano. Highway would pick which one he wants then I would pick mine Mussav would be left with the 3rd option. In the event of 3 members having 4 or more exact choices the order would go
High 1st exact player
Mid 2nd exact player
Low 3rd exact player
Low 4th
Mid 5th

I think that is the only way we can do it without having loads of players double picked, the only prob is it creates spam.

It's not spamming because it's for a cause. And i'll always be left with all the worst anyway so who cares...
Try to get more of your favourite players rather than those cheap top-class ones just to win. Like Colt Python's is a good example.
