well, I can't understand why Sven keeps picking P. Neville personally. But there aren't many new players, it being a friendly and all. And why only three strikers?

The biggest question is WHY HESKEY? AGAIN! Deary me, when will Sven stop picking him? And yeah, why only 3 strikers?

Yeah, why Heskey? They're are loads of players much better than him.

What the hell do you mean? Not enough new players! I'm sick of Sven handing out caps here, there and everywhere, there are too many new players getting into the squad now that you don't know who is yout best team.

Vassell, Rooney, Beattie and Phillips should have a chance of getting into the next squad. But they should be in now since it is a friendly.

They say Heskey is over his 'world-cup hangover' now so let's give him a game to see if he really is worth being in the squad (worth it - loreal style!).

I would never pick 3 strikers.
One usually gets injured in training.
Anything can happen to cause an injury during the match. Leaving one.
And maybe Scholes to push forward.

If a striker does get injured, the other 2 will have to play 90 minutes - some won't be happy with that.

My thoughts exactly.

Sadly, no. The first set of tickets were sold really quickly. 300 more tickets came out a few days ago and I went to order a couple on the internet but they had also sold out. I'm entering loadsa competitions for tickets for the game but I very much doubt I'll be a winner! So, I'll have to settle for watching it on TV! A couple of my mates are going though, D'OH! I might go down there to see England train though!

I'm not a big fan of Sven completely changing the team at half-time, but he could have a few new faces. (that aren't from Liverpool!) :D

Except no Campbell, Woodgate or Hargreaves anymore. And although Phil Neville was crap and a chump in Euro 2000 he has been reborn. I really rate his performances last season for United. He could be a great utility man and useful squad player as he can play about 4 diff positions.
