can it be performed the Exact Ronaldinho`s FLIP FLAP A.K.A ELASTICO move?, with the EXACT animation(like Zineidne`s roulette wich is the exact animation not some look alike move) in game?i mean the EXACT one, as seen in Nike,s T90 Ad, and real life, not just Look Alike moves.
i started this thread becasue there are 12451562364335 million threads about this and there are 12451562364335 posts saying what you have to do to perform it and they all differ from each other, and when you try them in the game you see its not exactly like ronaldhinos move.
so please just post if you are 100% certain that its exactly as he does, and if so, post a video if you can

It is a look a like. The elastico is NOT in the game.

It's not in the game. I'm 100% sure.
if it was in the game they would have actually had Ronaldinho to come and do an animation for it.... - i think thats what it is called. am i correct ??

um i dunno, i've done a move on the pc version that sure does look a lot like it...
There are a few moves that look like the Flipflap, but different from the Marseilles Turn it cant be performed in PES 4.
Maybe something for PES5?

yep.. with ease to be honest without being bigheaded..been able to do it for a while now.
gettin good at it. i can now push it out about a yard now then bring it back which is pretty good.

I couldn't do it properly no matter how long I practiced it, I don't think my feet are meant to move that fast. I've given it a go a few times, but even though I can move the ball back and forth in the air to some extent, it's still miles away from what it should be.
It's not actually a difficult move to do, the trick is using it effectively.

start off trying it with a mini-skills ball first thats what i did and now i can do it easily with both mini-skills and match balls.

its not that difficult to do the rivelinho elastic which is where the move originated, but ronaldinhos version is sick, he sends it miles out, well fast, drops his sholder so well and somehow flicks it up. if you see in the nike ad, he actually moves his foot under the ball, with the first bit, flickin it in the air. he is sick, and i get to see him play in the match for hope, cant wait, anyone else goin? its for great cause too, so go, tickets start at around 18euros and finnish at 29euros, problem is gettin to Nou Camp.
what channel is the match on and when is it on ???

im not being bigheaded but i can do the flip flap. it started as a joke when me and my mate were playing football with a football then suddenly i knocked the bal out to take a shot as i tried to take a quick shot and a twisted my ankle and m,y mate said it looked like the ronaldinho trick so now i can do the trrick with out twisting my ankle if anyone wants to seea a video of me doing it then ill post it and u can rate it

that gif clearly isn't from actual gameplay, looks like a rendered intro-movie type thing.
edit: that's not to say that it couldn't be in the new game ofcourse...

I have done a few flip flaps in PES 4 but it is more the player shifting side to side quickly.

How long are your legs? Does this happen over about a minute? In the air? Ronaldo does it in like a foot of space, the reason it works is the defender goes for the first movement.

Its the link posted a few posts up, oh my god the more i see it the more i hate konami because they didnt include it in pes4 :(.
I know its something of great debate on these forums but i done a move that looks exactly like it, so much so that it could very well b the elusive flip flap.
i dont have an X-port contraption or any thing like that so i had 2 use my crappy digital camera-phone. I cant seem 2 upload on to this thread 4 some reason, its just 1 or 2 mp4 files at a couple of seconds each so if someone could help me or point me in the right direction i would be very grateful.

thats actually a chip shot and R2 to the opposite side of the chip shot, ive done that one and i agree is the one that looks more like it, but its not the exact one, if you notice after the chip shot the player sets his foot on the ground while ronaldinho never steps on the ground until the balls was out and in, i mean, after doing the move, anyway that "flip flap" is a good one, only trick is to be fast enough to tap R2 before the ball bounces on the floor.

The closest thing you're gonna get is by side stepping and then quickly pressing the diagonal way you want to go

i have actually embarassed some people wit the flip flap during indoor and playground soccer. When i first saw the move it was the greatest i'd ever seen, i must have practiced it everyday (ah..countless hours wasted doing the move while WE7 was rotting in my PS2). Now the move is like instinct...if I see u comin at dat forbidden angle, i'll definitely greet u wit dat forbidden move.
But its not enuff for all of us to simply say we can do it, we need to prove it, im workin on posting mine on the forum and if u think u can do any better then prove me wrong.
Look out for the flip-flap by ibhotsauce.

Whilst running with the ball you can fake to go one way then go the other. (The direction you push the d-pad to perform this and the Two Foot Fake move below is determined by the direction you are running and the preferred foot of the player.)
Press the D-Pad to the forward angle just before your player's foot touches the ball.
(If running Left to Right and your player is Right footed press Down-Right)
theyre you go, straight from pesinsight...on the advanced page "drop shoulder fake" check the vid!

I did it a couple of weeks ago on my bro in real life. And it was a nutmeg as well:D But he can do that move which is by C.Ronaldo I think where you drag the ball back with your weaker foot and do a lob with your preferred foot. It looks well siikk!!
