1-0 defeat at burnley. well theres one of the favourites gone! according to bbc website burnley had 67% possession!
Just wait til you see the own goal!
Shame on Rafa...he took Burnley...and the FA cup for granted.
We deserved all we got. Rafa doesnt realise what the FA cup means to us fans. The side he put out was a big risk. As for Traore's own goal...the bloke is a clown and not fit to wear any premiership teams shirt!!!!

The gamble didn't work out at all then. And to lose out on an own goal....ouch!

It's disappointing, the way we lost, with the own goal but I don't blame Rafa for persisting with the youngsters because it was the same reserve side that beat a strong Tottenham and Middlesbrough side not so long ago. Injuries to key players didn't help the cause. I'm sure Rafa would have picked a strong 11 but with injuries too Kirkland, Josemi, Finnan, Alonso, Kewell, Smicer and Cisse, of which 5 are first team players, it wasn't worth taking the risk. Our priorities lie elsewhere. As a consolation, at least the youth players are getting the chance to prove themselves. Some of them have already played more games under Benitez, than they did the whole time when Houllier was in charge.

That was a terrible mistake, but don't you think Traore has been quite good this year?
I have seen him only in highlights the majority of the time, so you probably know more than me about how he is doing, but he seemed to be having a good season.
traore showing off hahahahaa

I think Liverpool played terrible but IT WAS not RAFA'S fault. Yes if he put out a better side than Liverpool proberlly would have won but the side he did put out were capable of beaten burnley at least 2-0 in reality, the pitch wasn't that good but there are no excuses.

better then henry hey  it has to go down as one of the worst or best finishes ;)
Think of how Zidane traps the ball while turning 180 degrees at the same time. When he rolls the ball under his foot while turning the other way.
Traore did that, except in the direction of his own goal, and couldn't control it after he'd turned.
Yep...would love to see the video as well...seems like he did a back-heel or something?

(link didn't work in IE for me so try Firefox or something else).
It's like he tried a Zidane turn and it all went wrong.....
Great goal! :D
