I liked Million Dollar Baby so i hope Clint Eastwood, but nacco is probably right about DiCaprio.
The Aviator is nice,but an Oscar candidate? I dont agree

i also hope it will be clint because of milion dollar baby it was a good film and i advise people to go and watch it u will not be dissipointed its brill but i have a felling that decaprio will get it.

Don't you think Di Caprio stands a big change winning the oscar? I didn't find The Aviator that good but I only hear positive things about the movie. Anyways, hope that Clint Eastwood will win because of the odds and I've put some points on it.

Jamie Foxxx as Ray, he was incredible altough the movie was sometimes not great (allthough the allround perfomance was nice) Jamie Foxxx did it more than fantastic.

i dont think leo is long overdue for an oscar!! i think this is about the only role he has ever done that is worthy of an oscar.. anyway.. jamie foxx is odds on fav, after he won the BAFTA.. but. his odds smell.. so i have put like 100 on johnny depp, to win.. because he is an awesome actor.. and i like the roles he choses as well...

Depp is pretty underrated if you ask me, he usually plays his roles prety good/
Its a shame Bruno Ganz from Der Untergang isnt nominated.

Depp is indeed really unrated and i hoped he would get the oscar (Look Donnie Brasco, brilliant performance, Finding Neverland also really good and some more) but after seeing Jamie Foxxx... well he just gave a perfect performance.
