Another Fresh Look

Yes, I know it's only like a few months since the last big update. But I wanted to give the homepage (http://www.pesinsight.com) a much more appealing look, so figured the forums should probably get an upgrade to match. Still got a few features on the main site to sort out (such as the Login field not taking you to the forum... you'll see what I mean if you try it).

The reason for the update was to include more information on the games really, instead of just linking directly to the forums.

As always opinions and comments are welcome, and all the old forum skins are still available in the selection tool at the bottom. If you still see the old style, you will need to select Version 6 in the style chooser.

hitman i'm liking the new look already :D it'll take me a bit to get used to the new button layout though ;)
at first i thought there was something wrong with my CPU when i first came on as i weren't expectiong a new change to the layout

I could see the new style when i first logged in, thinking that somehow i had clicked on the g4g bookmark. But now it has reverted to the old style...any idea why?

Very nice. I loved the V5 appearance, but i'm liking this new look already. :)

Is there going to be a link to the uShop on the top menu, as I can't find a way of accessing it through version 6?

Only downer is that i think i'm looking at G4G sometimes and vice versa. Though i'll learn to spot the difference...

Don't like it. The green is a sickly colour and doesn't go too well with the blue. That's my opinion anyway. Plus I think that the screen look too crowded.

The colour is too bright, it suits G4G much more as all the words fit perfectly, but on here it's like a bunch of obese people in a lift.

The forum is already updated, as indicated in the opening post. You can select it in the chooser at the bottom.

Anywho, as I am sure you are aware, G4G and PESInsight are going to be working very closely, and sharing a layout is positive for both sites... like any network would.

Nah mate, I went back to version 5. Prefer the blue/grey colour scheme myself.

Exactly. Some people still use dark :) Some people will still use blue... It's all fine. But this is now the default skin. I'm not forcing anyone to use it who doesn't like it though.

Anyways, I'm not a huge fan of the scheme. Seems to cluttered. I'd like to have it more spaced out, but as you said, people would end up complaining.

I like the green and blue a little. Kind of a big change, I guess I'll get used to it.

Reminds me a lot of the G4G site, scared me when I came on and saw the colors. Haha.

Strange 101, I fell in love with the skin as soon as Peter finished it, but im probably biased :p

Its a nice skin, its different from the other ones, so variety is the spice of life, or whatever chinese proverb you wanna stick in there.
