for you to counter attack extremely quick u need a fast winger or fullback and a fast striker, this is the best when ya keepers catches it from a corners, give it to ya full back or winger and race down the wing you should then see in field one of your strikers give him the ball and hell be 1 on 1 with a defender and another defender on the far side go for the gap between both player by pressing sprint and as you turn press r2 and youll knock the ball away from you, you shud then find ya self 1on1 with the opposing keeper if he cums out press L1 and shoot to chip him or steady yaself and go round him , this works wiv me on a lot of occasions, id recommend giggsy as the winger and probarly owen/vassell as the striker

no, just when im defending a corner and on the common accasion my keeper claims the ball

i know theres so many flippn tactics and stuff u can do but i think ive got it on automatic at the moment like when u start the game

i wanna learn em all , i know itd help a lot :(

what ya do is go to the menu where u make ya subs youll see a selection strategies, go on tht and go to manual then customise what button u use for counter attacks

or you can set up ypur own short cuts. So that when your playing you can hold down L1 and L2 at the same time and prsss o, x, /\, or [] and selct a quick strategy. I think the default for counter attack is L1&L2&X. You can celect your short cut buttons to be anything from Forward Press to right or Left side attack etc....
