Oke, I now only have an Xbox, and some saved goals.

I want to post some on this site, but i'm as technical as a door and have no clue where to start.

I'm willing to invest. Where do I begin?

Oh, and when you have one and you import a file...

Is it already a Mpg file or so? Do you need to change it?

A Max Drive does not make video clips.

A max drive is purely for making back-ups of your memory card saves on your PC.

If you want people to capture your goals for you (ie. me), you will need to send the relevant max drive files - your PES4 replays.

The first link I posted tells you how to make videos yourself, and you won't need a max drive if you follow those methods.
