Out of all the players shown who is the biggest diver in the League? If anyone has anymore suggestions feel free to share them.

You should add Robbie Savage to that list!

Micheal owen leads on the poll! Heskey goes to ground to easily also. Cant really complain about RVN. :p

I wouldn't necessarily rank RVN as a diver but he does make a BIG deal out of little challenges. Jeffers should definitely be in that poll. He won us two amazing penalties last season. Great lad!

Wouldn't say Bellamy is a diver, just a little whining twat. He needs to learn to shut up!

I guess you don't know him very well yet. Here in greece his 2nd name was "the diver". I'm talking about Giannakopoulos in bolton. wait for a few matches and you will see what I'm talking about

Well the two clear candidates, and im not picking on arsenal or nethin, but ashley cole and jeffers have to b the biggest divers easily. The amoutn of time they have launched themselves is amazing and really i agree with one sports pundit who said he hopes one day someone does take a piece out of jeffers, so he has no opportunity to dive.

I'm glad you said that, 'cause it saves me a lot of time writing it myself ;) I've noticed that C. Ronaldo is a bit trigger happy after challenges too though.

Yeah the New 7 tends to fall very easily. He needs to adapt a little more to the english game.

Well I thought about putting in Cristiano Ronaldo, but didn't want to upset Reds fans too much by having 3 players in the poll.

What the f*ck are you on about lad, i've never seen Radz dive since he's been at Everton. Dunno who the fuck your on about there but it certainly ain't Tommy Radz.

Heskey doesn;t dive he just falls over his laces a lot

It depends. There's a difference between plain old diving without getting touched and goin down too easily in a challenge. Either way, it's Ruud van Nistelrooy!

Ashley cole is in the lead and i agree. He does go down to ground very easily.

You guys are being unfair to RVN. Surely, that massive chin has something to do with him falling to ground so easily. :)

Purely medical, I tell ya.

I think rudd is one of those players who doesnt really dive but does milk the challenges and try to make the most out of a challenge. I think that would also include C.Ronaldo and a couple of others, but like i said earlier ppl like ashly cole and jeffers dont even make a deal out of a challenge, mainly due to the fact they are 2 metres in the air before the challenge has come in.

jimijazz83

I suppose Ruud rather does milk challenges, Robert Pires does too and tries to get players booked as well.

I don't think it's as much as Superbob milking challenges as it is that he is a bit brittle. Especially after tearing his ligament.

He's definitely not one of those players who tries to get players booked by staying on the ground longer then he should. In fact, I seriosuly doubt there have been many times he has stayed on the ground for long apart from, of course, that awkward landing after the Dabizas challenge. He's actually very similar to RVN, in that respect, except I don't think Robert fancies punching Ljunberg in the stomach.

Well Saturday proved my point quite nicely. The way Pires kicked out at the pompey defender to win the penalty was a disgrace!! And then for him to deny he dived and didn't cheat just made the whole shenanigan worse.

The boy Owen is starting to get a reputation as a diver now, isn't he? I think tho that the continentals do it with more flair!

Mmm, wouldn't say there are too mnay significant dives in the premiership, i'm more concerned about european football, british teams are gonna suffer due to diving bastards sadly :(

we should just hack em down in europe

jimijazz83
15-09-2003, 18:27
Exactly give them nothing to dive over, just make them stay down!

Mez
15-09-2003, 18:41
Well, that's true, that's why i'm upset that last wednesday, when Mo Ross got sent off against the cheating bastard Germans, he didn't give the guy a chance to dive, he shoulda fucked him beyond repair. Hehe.

I hate the scottish, (no offence) but for that match i was a scot. that blonde hair twat for germany tobias, something i was really glad when ross kicked him in the air, did u see it where he dove to the floor covering his face after he was pushed in the chest :D what a asshole!!

Mez
15-09-2003, 19:15
Cummon mate, no need to hate the scottish, that's a poor attitude to take, I have nothing against the English, and you may be surprised to know, but I support England throughout World Cups and Euro Champs which Scotland aren't in.

My sis also just got married to an Englishman.

So don't hold grudges against the Scots until you acutally get to know some, yeah?

Cheers.

Craiiig David
15-09-2003, 19:18
I don;t mean u personally, but i have had bad experiences with scots in the past, and it does'nt help they say "But" after every sentence,:D i have gone nothin against u though.

Mez
15-09-2003, 19:30
Well, of course, you get some strange scots, just as you get strange people everywhere. And it's usually the highlanders or aberdonians that say 'but' at the end of sentances. Now neds, hate them, you can feel free to hate them too, there are too mnay of them in Scotland. Then there are normal people like myself :p

Craiiig David
15-09-2003, 19:32

why is tugay there

jimijazz83
16-09-2003, 14:59
Just Turkish players in general go down pretty easily. And all the times I have seen Tugay he goes down like a sack of spuds!
Turkey have some good players, but players like Emre, Okan, Tugay, and Hakan Suker go down far too easily as soon as anyone breathes in their direction.
