This an idea i've had, i recently looked at the dream team section after not visitin it for about a month n noticed that our PESinsight dream team is as strong as ever (will have a bigger squad rotation than Chelsea!). Also i noticed Mike (the runner of the league) has said that there has still not been as many teams enter the league as he would have hoped.
So... here's my idea:
since over here at PESinsight we have alot of people wantin to be in the dream team perhaps we could have a possible A and B team (neither one bein better than the other before anyone starts!). This way it would mean that everyone will get a game and no one will be complaining about not bein in the startin line up and it will also accomidate for any new people who wanna be in the dream team (we're bound to get more once the talk begins again when the league is on the verge of starting).
This is totally just my suggestion, but just to close my proposal i want to leave u with these two positive points about my suggestion:
1) it will mean that more people will get first team football and we won't have 15 to 20 subs
2) it will provide another team for the league which will only make it a better for the league
Anyone who wishes to express their opinion on my proposal feel happy to do so.

I think it's a good idea.
Who decides who gets to be on which team?
dunno, maybe some sort of lotto draw with the shirt numbers?
Or...
not to put pressure on Zyg but as one of the managers... (although it's quite a bit of responsibilty to be the one in charge of puttin people into certain teams, u know at least one person will complain) but me personally i wouldn't mind which team i'm on as it will be kinda fun to be competing against the other pesinsight team.
but i think lotto style could be best way, as this way ur not lookin at anyones stats in order to get the best team (however u will have to split up the lotto number into sections i.e strikers, midfielders, defenders and keepers)
or if someone else takes the other management role then u n him/her could take turns pickin people (kinda like in the school playground back in the day, ah those were the days so care free n simple back then lol)

This could be a good contest between the two pesinsight teams but I think that both teams would not do as well as our 'strongest' team could in the league.
Back to the question of whether we are looking for success or just fun.

how do u kno which players are better we all have the same stats limit, so players will be very similiar !!!
anyway i don't mind being in any team a,b,c,d,e,f whatever!!!!!
by the way zyg. i don't have we7 or pes3 but i'm thinking of ordering we7 this month... so i will be posting a new player but not soon!!!!!! seen as i will practise with him to makesure he's up to shape...

it is a good idea, but I'm not so sure. It would be good because everyone would get to play, but it wouldn't be the strongest team. So, answer Zyg's questions: are we playing to win or for fun?
Personally for me it's fun, and it would certanly add to the fun to have our PESinsight A and B team competing. I think some are takin the whole league thing too seriously, it's not the champions league! it's not like we're gonna win money or even any prizes.
i just think it would be more fun if everyone got to play and it would certainly keep people interested in the league (if people were never gettin in the squad they'll probably lose interest), just my opinion.

We're playing for the honour to be the best of the PES forums! We'll have to ask mikeom1 if we'd be allowed to enter 2 teams and see what he says before we start arguing about it.
i'm not arguing (probably the first time tho i'll admit ;) lol) i'm just tryin to help the league become better cos i know mike has said he was hopin for more teams to enter and it would be shame not to enter two teams when we clearly have enough people for it.
we'll let the poll decide...

I know you weren't arguing mate (yet anyway ;) ) and it does seem like a good idea.
Plus the other forums will feel shame for only entering one team.... maybe.
Sounds like a great idea to me, providing you guys sort it out in a similar style to how Proevo3 described, or by any method it's cool with me. And an idea I might adapt to all teams... like a first team plus at least 3 subs, otherwise no one can be used if someone is injured or suspended.
All the in house banter as well, sounds like fun :D
I haven't been "here" very long, but this sounds like a great idea, is it too late to join? If not, does it have to be a created player using WE7 or is PES2 ok?
It must be WE7/PES3, but you don't actually have to own the game. The beta template is going around which will probably be the final, with 1 change or 2, it's in the 'points distribution' thread.
You will probably need some help with the appearence, but I can't help anyone at present. But I'm sure someone around will be able to.
Will anything be "finalised" as it were before PES3 comes out in November? If not I'll wait till I have it.

Yes we almost have it sorted now, that template can pretty much be used. I think there are some special stats that I'm not 100% happy about though.

i think just calling them PESinsight A and B is better as if one is PESinsight and the other is totally different then people of the other team won't feel so much a part of this site, they'll feel like outcasts.

Both teams should be called PESinsight 'something', as A and B still implies first and second team. Sort of like PESinsight Loonies, and PESinsight Nutters.

Perhaps "united" and "city" or "AS" and "AC" something along those lines.
i dunno bout anyone else but i just thought about the best thing about havin two teams....

I guess we need 2 managers and 2 assistant managers then.
I'd prefer to take on the United team if that's OK.
We need 3 reliable people to take on the other 3 available positions.

I guess you would, otherwise it would be stupid.
When the two managers are decided, shall we have a sort of draft to pick the players?
