Anyone remeber these games on the Sega Dreamcast I had Both I Finished Shenmue 1 but no the 2nd cos i sold my Dreamcast BUT its also out on the X-box so am souting for a cheap x-box so i can buy Shenmue 2 again :D

Incase u didnt know the game was so life like IE u just walk around go into shops talk to people etc more for info go to

yup clasics, in 5 years time we will see driving, rpgs, action games with the level of interactivity u get in shenmue. dont just buy a xbox for shunmue but, u need to experience the greatest game ever.....HALO

I had a DC, Shenmue, imo is one of the best console games out, it just kicked ass, you could do so much..

Shame i never got to see Shenmue 2, i didnt even know it was out for the DC, i never sene it in the shops.

Shenmue is amazing and i can not wait for the release of shenmue 3. That is if it gets released.

there is a petition online for shenmue 3.. if u want u can sign it.....so this great game can continue...

Well, when i first play Shenmue, i was really amazed - graphicaly it rocks, also combat look very acurate :))

This game was voted the worst game ever on 'When Games Attack', I think the people on the poll where blind with no hands.

Old thread drag up but Shenmue 1 and 2 were both fucking incredible and I hope that the 3rd and 4th are made by somebody because if not I will be furious. Ryo was a bit of a bellend but you had to like his daftness, two of my favourite games ever FACT.

Nothing wrong with bringing back the oldies, better than the other crap that's on here lately. Yeah i'm considering trading in my DS for a Dreamcast and Shenmue or and X-Box and Shenmue 2?!?

wow havent heard the name "Shenmue" in a while. Remember playing in on my DC. Greatest game i never got to finish :(! I got to the part in the first game where he gets a job on the harbor then my memory card got deleted damn 3 year old bro! Well here in the US Shenmue 2 never came out on the DC but it did come out on the XBOX didnt want to buy one though.

Shenmue, was, is, and will continue to be, the sex. I never owned it but i was forever round my mates playing it on his DC. Three days i spent round there one time. Such an awesome game. The leaf catching in the second annoyed me though.

this game was classic remember playing the first one on the dc and spending all my time in the arcades playing darts though I did eventually get round to finishing it. started through the second on my xbox but the brick died on me so never got a chance to finish it.

these games were amazin, 2 of the best i ever played,the level of interaction for a game released then was staggering. And the graphics would still look nice now.
Some of the automated fight scenes where u had to interect looked incredible. and ill never 4get the feeling of finishing the second one no knowing if i would ever get the console,what ever one it may be,that the game came out on

Remember the little toys u could collect??from the little dispensers??
id like 2 know if anyone ever completed them,coz there were hundreds.

wen u get arrested on number 2 and handcuffed to the other character and
u have to fight together. Tony jah and sir bruce would of been proud of that.

aaaaaaaaaaah the memorys!!!!!!

now gonna see if i can download emulators
