.xps's to video

I've got some PES4 replays onto my PC via my Xport, but I can't find out how to convert my .xps files into a video file like an .avi. Will someone please help?

You can find converters, which convert .xps files to PC save files, which you can then make .avi videos of using taksi, or fraps.

It's just finding it which you'll find hard.
