Anyone, know how to import the Filedata.AFS file back into the disc image, using CDmage??? I would be very very very grateful if someone could tell me!!!

I know the first step is to Open the .CCD file and then you get a whole bunch of options.

Then I think it's
Action --> Import Sectors
but I'm not sure about this.
