I believe Lorenzo wins this matchup. The midfield is the battle to where a match is won or lost and I believe his is better. His has plenty of width with Joaquin who will whip those crosses in to the strikers, and Rosicky with Nedved doing the playmaking and long balls. Pier has a defensive minded team with his central midfielders but lacks it in central defensive whereas Lorenzo has two strong tall players in Rio and Sol who can keep Adriano and, with the help of Davids, can keep Ronaldo at bay too. The full backs will work together to stop Rivaldo and any forwarding presence of the midfield.

This is my first analysis on a match, I couldn't be bothered with the friendlies.
