Click on Browse and find the file/replay you want to host. Once you have found it click send. If you get thie screen it HAS worked (give it a few mins)

Into your post with the file name at the end, followed by avi. or wmv. for movie files.

E.g, If you wanted to upload a file called 'Goal' put

h ttp://www.softlab.ece.ntua.gr/~sivann/pub/Uploaded/Goal.avi

With no space between h and ttp.
