Better news than PES3?? Well maybe for Liverpool fans. go to
www.planetfootball.com to read about how Chelsea and Barca were going to buy him but were put off by Cisse's desire to move to Anfield. Hopefully we might sign him in January if the funds are available as i think Auxerre need the money. (£10-£15 million.) Also does the groundshare plan seem like a good idea? As personally i would'nt share a mars bar with an Everton fan.

The groundshare might make good financial sense tho?

Yeah, it all depends on what happens to the money that's save and what they will do with it, the bad thing is that the stadium Everton were going to build was nowhere as good as the stadium that we were going to build. So in effect we would be helping out the BLUESHI*E!

What happened to the days when there was real friendship and camaraderie between the Merseyside clubs?

BlueScouse, that's what happened :D!!! i thought i would first start the offence this time, before he came on and give his point of view, personally alot of my mates are Everton fans and i have nuthin against them, the rivalry between us is friendly unlike the man utd, and man city, i have just done this so BlueScouse will get pissed off :D because he gets pretty funny and offensive when he gets pissed off.

Cisse looked good of what I saw last season, but he has looked a little bit poor this season. If he can recapture his form it might be a decent signing. Not sure about £10-15 million though, seems a bit pricey!

Yeah he has'nt been that good so far, 2 goals in 6 still better than Heskey , with his amazing record 9 goals in 57 apps :D (how i wish i was joking)

Don't talk to a Geordie about shite forwards mate!
Do Andreas Andersson, Silvio Maric, John Dahl Tomasson, Ian Rush, and Stephane Gui'varch ring a bell!?
Think we invented the art of buying shite forwards

i'm sorry none of them can compare to bruno (heskey) i really think he is possibly the worst forward ever to be bought in the world his record speaks for itself, u have shearer, bellamy, lua lua and micheal chopra who are all decent whereas we have owen and baros who are decent then le shit which is my name for heskey. Every bloody week he gallops out onto the pitch and falls over, I HATE HIM!!! Then to hear mr Houiller go on about how fookin hard he worked?? when for 90 mins all he does is fall over, then to make matters worse he gets picked for england?? ENGLAND?! He should be playing for fookin SCARBOROUGH!!

I agree mate, Heskey is wank!
I just meant none of the strikers that played for the Toon had a goal return as good as 9!

It's weird how that works, eh? Tomasson and Gui'varch went elsewhere and are doing much better. And although I hate Heskey he has had the rare good game. Played well in the Macedonia game and I still remember 5-1 against Germany. Also the start of last season when he was on fire. Shame he has no confidence and is such a form player. Great strikers can grind out a performance and goals even when they aren't playing so well.
Sad really, cos did/does have the potential to be a really good striker if he could just stop sulking and feeling sorry for himself.

Fully agree Reb, i think the thing that annoys me and most Liverpool fans is that he should be one of the best forwards in the premiership, he's big, strong, quick, agile, good in the air and has 2 good feet you only have to look at him when he's is high on confidence he scores some crackers and is a real impact player, but when the press slate him then he becomes shite again. his first season for Liverpool he scored 25+ then he' seemed to change, hopefully he can start to fufill his potential with Baros injuried and Dioufy playing very well on the right wing and what a better way to start than against his old club this Saturday.

It isn't just when the press slate him that he plays like poo. He does it to himself too, y'know. But he is an excellent strike partner for Owen but he's always lacked consistency. I also think he went to Liverpool too early in his career.
i Dont think heskey is worth 11million that liverpool payed for him. As for cisse, Barce seems the better option as theirs not much challanges for places.

Cisse would walk into the Liverpool side whereas Barca have got, Kluivert, Saviola, Ronaldinho and Quaresma all competing to play up front.
cisse - baros would be the perfect two...

He scored a beauty aginst Lyon earlier. Through the legs of the keeper after a well-timed run.
It would be interesting if Cisse did come to Liverpool. Among other things, it could help to settle the debate on who is faster, Henry or Cisse, since he would be publicised much more.
At this moment, I would have to say they're fairly equal. The Premiership is one of the fastest leagues in the world though, and Thierry buries defenders, so he could have the edge.
Did anyone else hear that Ash is actually faster then Henry in a 100m sprint? But Henry takes the honours in longer distances.

Do u know who's quicker than both henry and cisse? Sidney Govou, he runs like a cat on fire.
Am i the only person who thinks that Cisse is vastly overrated.

That guy has lightning pace, I swear. Another Lyon player too.
