Crossbar challenge

First of, I got this idea from evo web, here is a great vid for you all to look at first:

In this vid you will see how to hit them, and it is also very entertaining.

I want everyone to have a go, and you can post your efforts up here.

First person to hit the bar, and post up the replay will get 500 points.

- Just so you know if you are trying this turn the Keeper off first by going Start/Formation Settings/Start/Changer Player/Participation and the clicking the keeper. You might also want to disble all of your other players so they dont get in the way.
