There is a program called 'Gif Construction Set' that you could try and download, I think its free???

GIF Builder is very easy to use. Just open your .gif image then resize it easily.

Should do the trick, I guess you may want to resize jpgs or something in the future as well.

You could try using a program called Gimp. Its very similar to photoshop, and its free.

Does anybody know a program to convert a AVI video to a GIF Image file? I have a video of ROnaldinho doing a crazy move and I would like it to be GIF :) thankz
