I don't know if this question is on a sticky forum because I haven't found the answer,I have one simple question if I download my PS2 goals(WE international) with X-port and send them to the computer will they work even though I don't have the computer version of WE international?

Sorry if this has been answered b4,but I can't find the answer anywhere .

No, I think you need a TV card to get your goals on to the computer and watch them...not 100% sure though, there is a thread on this somewhere on the forums..

Using your Xport will not automatically transfer your replays into videos, if thats what you're asking.

To find out how to make videos of your goals/replays, check out the sticky at the top of the page in this section.

But in short, like Gun_Runner says you'll need a tvcard or some form of capturing device, alternatively you can send your replays to someone that has the capabilities of capturing goals for you.
