ok i'm not done but im releasing what i've got for anyone who wants it, or wants to continue on it. if you don't want it, then just ignore this. here is the description:

Here are the option files in .xps and .max format. I had to make them so I thought I'd just upload them ;) Not tested em yet but everything went fine when I compiled them. If you get any problems do it your fuckin self :lol: ;)

extracting option file from cd to memory card, Press R1 on the grey PS2 MENU SCREEN (ADAM AND TOM'S HDD MENU), Move down to cdfs and then press x. The contents of the CD will now show. Move to the BISLPM-66009WWE9OPT.NPO and press Triangle on it. The .npo will then extract to your Memory Card. The program then tells you when it is finished. after it toled me it was finished, i restarted my ps2 and put the winning eleven 9 disk in then played, the players names were now in english, but the team names on the select menu were still japanese, also when you went to the formation menu that was in japanese but the player names wer ein english.

i checked on the evo-web site, and its a fake its a copy of scorpios patch and its just said to be 100% but it aint, foss posted a new one its truly 97% done so you can get that one or just wait for a 100% real one

Hi Everyone...

I'm impressed with how fast you guys work! I've haven't tried it yet but I'm still waiting for my Xport to come in the mail (just bought it).

I was wondering if it's common that someone translates the game??! Or makes a webpage or something with the same GUI so it's possible to understand what everything means. It's shoulden't be hard to to the last suggestion if only japanese was something antbody here could read (and understand).

This is an option file and not a patch. To use the option file you need to either use a max drive, an x-port or follow the CD2mem method to burn the bin/cue version of the file to a CD.

Menu information simply does not go on option files. You need to patch your game with Fernando's latest translation patch if you want menus translated. These patches are in the PS2 section of File Downloads.
