Injury rate

I don´t understand what it means all the letters of the injury rate (A, B, C, etc.). Which is the letter than makes that the player will be more open to injury? Somebothy can explain me with detail (because the help of the game isn´t clear).

Yeah, i was wonderin that actually

[Zygalski]

A - Doesn't get injured much
B - Get's injured a bit
C - Very likely to get injured.
(C = Ronaldo, Redknapp etc)
