Milan were supposed to be close to tying up a deal for January a few weeks ago, so why they didn't make a move I don't know. My personal opinion is that he may have made a mistake going to Real, but time will tell. Looks like Salgado might be off next summer then.

He absolutely is, that's one reason why he's still at Madrid. Salgado isn't as good as he was before, Madrid now really need someone else in the right-back position.
