Joinly made by Microsoft and some university, it's a free replacement for the Paint program that comes with Windows. It has far more features, and looks a lot better.
Best of all, it's still free.

Nice, I accidently deleted mine and all the other windows componants when trying to get rid of Windows Messenger.
Only Messenger survived, is there any way to kill that thing?
Hmm, hope Duggano doesnt find this out.

This (http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_mess_disable.htm) works I think Stevie.

Why do you want to get rid of messenger so bad? :D
Anyway, it's not bad if you lose IE and stuff, you can get firefox instead..

Very good program, a million times better than the original paint!
This little program just saved my chuffin' life.
After somehow deleting half of my settings and putting myself in a position where I thought I was going to have to re-install windows I tried, as a last ditch attempt, the system restore function. Luckily on installing this little program it sets a System Restore Point which when I loaded fixed everything!
I love this. Love and kisses to Zoidberg who posted the link to it.

You're very welcome darling.
I've just found an excellent feature on it, when you save a file you can choose the quality of it (at least with jpg you can, haven't tried anything else). It gives you a preview of your picture and tells you what the filesize will be. Great stuff.

You can't change transparency with this though can you?

You must be able to somehow because if you use the rubber on a blank page it becomes transparent. I'll have a better look some other time.
