Everyone remembers how Rivaldo (still a great player) took a pathetic dive in WC2002, but are there such stupid clowns in the modern day?

I think one of the biggest divers is Michael Ballack. It makes me sooo angry when he does his "trademark". Whenever he enters the 16 yard-box, he takes these stupid, un-natural looking dives....and the worst thing is, that the ref usually awards him a penalty!

And btw. Let's not forget Totti, one of the big babies in the game!!!

Who was the guy in the Prem last season who tried to clear a ball off the line when his keeper went walkies?

The ball hit him in the arm and he pretended he got hit in the head or something, bloody hilarious that was. :laugh:

You bet he is. You'd think an Argentinian goalie who was apparently one of the best during his spell in Scotland, would be good.

Great shotstopper he is, but those mistakes in the prem has rendered him a sub for ever. ;)

Sadly, there are so damn many of these kind of 'forwards' around, most of whom I havent bothered to remember their name, but my god these guys should just get their legs broken by every defender they try to cheat out of the game (by having the refs awarding those defenders red cards etc...)

Ronaldo (Real Madrid) was very funny whenevr he dived or got tripped, and landed face first...

No-one has mentioned referees yet? Riley's (I think) performances in the Man-Utd vs Arsenal game(s) have been pretty laughable...

Rob Styles is the biggest joke ever. Sent someone off this week for a harsh decision, Mido I think, I mean he's hardly a dirty player and it was 0-0 at the time.

:mellow: uncalled for.....i personally didn't think he was cut-out for the premiership either, he tried and failed, but you have to at least give him credit for attracting premiership clubs. I just heard that he said he was homesick and wanted to move back to Scotland, so.......

What about AJ, when he went for a dive (near the end of last season) but he like landed on his neck sort of, it did look sore but you could tell that he dived onto his neck. :D
