how do you make gifs?

i wondered if anybody knew how to make gifs? my mates at fball all have a man utd logo on there mobile and i believe these to be called gifs? the man utd logo spins round. i wondered if i had a picture of a liverpool logo/badge if i could make it do the same as the man utd logo/badge? hope ive explained this well enough?

Adobe Image Ready can make GIF files.

Although I am sure there are already lots Liverpool GIF's out there if you looked. :)

Image ready comes with the Adobe Photoshop disc.

The only way you could downlaod it would be illegally.
(It is against the rules of this forum to post links to illegal download sites.)

You might be able to download a 30 day free trial version or something like that. Flash must be able to make GIFs as well surely...

ok to update the situation. i now have adobe image ready. can someone please tell me how to animate a picture.

i want to take a badge and make it spin round and round... like the club badges do on skysports.

any help would be much appreciated on this.

First you need to find the aimation you want used...

Imageshack is handy for dsizing/editing it for the fourm.

P.S. other wise its a ball breaker to start from scracth.
