Filefront Downloads

Can anyone advise on how to download videos, patches etc fron FileFront as they never work for me. I have registered and when I click to download, nothing ever works.
Help. :confused:

What i do is click here if the download doesnt load, then click on download directly from our servers then right click here if the download doesnt start and save target as, choose the place to save it and your away!
