Somebody mentioned that he had a scuffle with a Palace player last year, not sure about the validity of that but it might be true.

It's beyond me how he is so unpopular with so many fans.

I remember 'Man U' fans were blamed for the poor response he got when he played for Ingerlund at OT. How little do some people know about football.

YES! Champions of Europe, yep. But Palace my friends, are the Champions of Croydon. And you cant beat that.

There are two main reasons why the Freak was booed.

1. He kicked Sorondo last season, and got him sent off.
2. He's the most overrated piece of media drivel of the last few seasons and it's doing my bloody head in. He's hardly Championship quality let alone international.

He played utter shite tonight and good. The Freak is the human form of a cunt, spoilt, big headed and bloody stupid looking.

Edit: Oh yea. We weren't 'booing' him per say. Just shouting FREEAAK! everytime he got the ball. Good for us.

Its strange, Heskey was slaughtered when playing for England and near enough every fan thought he was crap, but when Crouch plays hes made out to be the best Target man since sliced bread. :confused: Hes a decent player but well over-rated in my opinion.

I think Palace will make the premiership playoffs this season. As for the stick Crouch gets, well, he needs to get his finger out and start doing good stuff for Liverpool, thats the only way he'll get the fans off his back.
