The PESfan Xbox PES 5 V2 Option file
This file contains:-
All reported errors from the V1 file corrected
Duplicate players removed
Corrected Club team names
Corrected player names
Corrected Stadium names
All in game transfers have been done (New players have NOT been created)
Club teams squad corrections
Corrected squad numbers
Corrected starting 11’s
Unlicensed club team kits updated (Emblems and Logos added)
International Kits updated (Emblems and Logos added)
New boots added

For anyone trying to work out how to get the file from the PC to your PS2 You need an Xbox max drive device. Read this http://www.pesfan.com/bulletin/showthread.php?t=88975
ok first off download the zip file from the 1st page of this thread.... 2nd open up the maxdrive software,, 3rd drag the zip file(without unzipping at any point) over to the right hand side of maxdrive software and you will notice pro evolution soccer 5 appears and underneath an optionfile,drag the option file on it's own from right to left and the little bar at the top should start filling up in red once it's at the end it's done,then attach your maxdrive to your usb cable into the third port(what i use) load up pro evo 5... go to options... copy saved data now where it's says change click that,will see maxdrive bla bla click on that,choose the bottom right file(option file) it will load and ask where to be placed,then click on change again and go back to hard drive and then choose bottom right file again it will copy over!!! ta da load a match and update will of taken place (Thanks to dougie_j2004 for the description)
