We get to use our weakest formation/players and see how our bench performs and its a bit of fun. Besides, i am not about to disclose the formation that i will use in the first game of the coming season or any other that would resemble it in the slightest. ;)

I vote for Muad. No, not just because of Adriano. But its clear he has a stronger squad at the moment. His bench is good enough for a whole new team, which can change the game at any time.

While Phat, the only real bonus i see in your team is the strike partnership between Owen and Bent which is amazing.

I reckon Muad has the slightly stronger line up, very close though, and in friendlies shitloads of subs are used, meaning Muad's bench, that is better than Phat's, will come on and wreak havoc.
