Any one good at making players based on a photo?

Hi everyone! I think Pro Evo 3 is the best football game ever! What I would like to know is if anyone would offer a service to make players in the game who arent professional footballers such as myself and my friends if I posted a picture of us? Im not very good at making players on the game so my version of me and my mate Andy doesnt look much like us! I would be grateful and would help anyone in a way I could if this could be done.....

By the way the player transfer system on Pro Evo 3 is an excellent addition but when you go to edit a player he appears at the club he was originally with in the game! Such as David Seaman who I transferred to Man City and Jens Lehmann who I moved to Arsenal. Seaman also doesnt look as real as he could do theres some minor adjustments that need to be done to make his face thinner. Any Ideas?

Yeh I borrowed my Old Man's Digital Camera and his is much better than mine. I got one more pic to send in of another mate. Im replacing the PES United team with my own team of players.
