i would like to see more depth in your formation when you make it for the regular season.
I'd like Puyol in the middle in this game as he's a little more solid than chivu and you need some more size when you're going against a strong fwd like ronaldo. If puyol was in the middle then de jong would be on the right i would figure, and i think that would still be a solid back 4. I'd also like to comment on Essien in your midfield. He's a dirty scumbag and a fucking cheap asshole.

id like to see this formation for you, as having joe cole and park on the field at the same time i feel they will find themselves on the right flank together too much.

like how chelsea runs there midfield and forward, Diarra plays like makele...
i think you could do better than davids, i suppose cole could play there too, although you could find at true cmf i would guess...(i have zokora, muntari ;))

this would be a close game but i think james would win in the end, his formation is more balanced and his bench is so amazingly deep while Hunters isn't as nice b/c he just came up from D2.

I deliberately didn't add a poll, there's really no need for one as we're looking for suggestions on how to improve our team rather than simply who would win, and I prefer to have comments like you just made rather than the ''__ wil win'' which really aren't helpful at all in these friendlies.

I was going to use Puyol in the centre, but Chivu is my favourite defender, so I couldn't face dropping him :wub:

no like the wingers a bit more foward than the centre mids etc...allow you to show more of how you mean to employ you're players.

I think Hunter could play Scholes a little behind Ronaldo with Joe Cole on the right wing in place of Park Ji-Sung.

Or perhaps Scholes alongside Davids in central midfield and Guti and Joe Cole on the wings, and Duff behind Ronaldo upfront.

Reyes has rich choices upfront, perhaps you wanna try a three-striker frontline? Rooney and Reyes cold play as wing forwards, with Henry in the middle, and you wouldn't need to use Deisler in midfield then.

Why would I want to do that? :mellow: He's one of the best right wingers in Europe at the moment, getting back to his best for Bayern with good dribbling and incredible crossing, passing and shooting. If i'm going to drop any midfielder, it'll be Reyes.

I think Hunter should keep Diarra in midfield, he's his best central midfielder.

I like Hunter's team, but think J.Cole should drop back a bit to allow him more room to be creative.
