Own Image in PES5?

I want to use an image from my computer in Pro Evolution Soccer 5 as a logo for my team's shirts and as logo for my team.

Is this possible? If yes: how?

Yes.

You can either make the image manually in edit mode or you import the image by patching your game. There should be a guide to importing images in the editing section. Use the search function to find it.
